Disney World doesn’t have much in the way of new offerings set for 2025, but on Tuesday, it did reveal some new timeframes for attractions that are reopening — and closing — over the next year and beyond.

Disney announced that the new version of Test Track will debut in the late summer of 2025. Little has been revealed about the third iteration of this Epcot ride beyond one piece of concept art, but Tuesday’s Disney Parks Blog post did mention that General Motors will once again be sponsoring the attraction:

“Get ready to feel the thrill of the open road, the wind in your hair, and nothing but adventure ahead! Test Track presented by General Motors is making its return lap late summer 2025. Walt Disney Imagineering has been working with General Motors on an all-new storyline – you’ll want to be all buckled in for an adventure. You might even see cars returning to the track (for testing…at Test Track…nice) with their new look early in the year!”

GM has been the ride’s sponsor since it first opened in 1999. However, Test Track 2.0, which ran from 2012 until this past June, was presented by GM’s Chevrolet division.

Elsewhere in Epcot, the new Spaceship Earth lounge will open in late spring of 2025.

The Parks Blog described it as an “extraordinary, intimate setting” offering “sweeping views of World Celebration Gardens and a unique perspective of the nightly fireworks.” The lounge space was previously used as a corporate lounge for Siemens when it sponsored Spaceship Earth.

In Magic Kingdom, the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed tavern will welcome guests in late 2025, according to Disney.

Disney had announced during the previous weekend that the Magic Kingdom’s new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, would debut in summer 2025.

Animal Kingdom is getting ready for the transformation of its DinoLand U.S.A. area into a new Tropical Americas land. While TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures are set to close on Jan. 12, 2025, Disney announced that the Dinosaur attraction will be staying open through the year, stating, “We’ve previously shared this attraction will be closing to make way for the new Tropical Americas land – 2025 is your year to visit before it goes extinct!”

When complete, Tropical Americas will have a new attraction themed around “Encanto,” while the Dinosaur ride space will be taken over by a new “Indiana Jones” ride.

While Animal Kingdom will soon lose DinoLand, it will add a new attraction with the “Zootopia: Better Zoogether” 3D film replacing “It’s Tough to Be a Bug in late 2025.
