Knott’s Berry Farm is gearing up for its annual holiday festivities, which kick off on Nov. 17.
This year’s edition of Knott’s Merry Farm will see the return of “A Christmas Carol”-themed stage show, this time called “A Calico Christmas Carol.” The Bird Cage Theatre will be host to another new show, “The Gift of the Magi, 1885,” based around the early 20th century short story by O. Henry.
Returning stage productions this year include “Home for the Holidays” on the Calico Mine Stage, performances by Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies, the Sleigh Bells a capella group, and the Calico Carolers vocal quartet, and the “Snoopy’s Night Before Christmas” ice show at the Walter Knott Theater.

As usual, the Wilderness Dance Hall will be turned into Santa’s Christmas Cabin, offering a Santa meet-and-greet and photo opportunity. The park is also bringing back its Christmas Craft Village with “dozens of local artisans selling their unique gifts, including chainsaw wood carvings and elegant glass blowing,” according to a Knott’s press release.
It wouldn’t be a Knott’s event without a special menu. This year’s offerings include the breaded “Turkey Ball” filled with stuffing and cranberry sauce and a red velvet-flavored churro filled with peppermint bark cream cheese.
The Knott’s Merry Farm offerings are included with regular admission to the park. The event runs through Jan. 7, 2024, though as it is every year Knott’s will be closed on Christmas Day.
