The shimmering exterior of Universal Orlando’s new Terra Luna Resort is hiding a rather disappointing hotel on the inside.
One of three new hotels opening close to Universal’s third theme park, Epic Universe, Terra Luna is in the same Prime Value category as Universal’s Cabana Bay Resort, Aventura Hotel, and the neighboring (and also brand new) Stella Luna. But compared to our stays at Cabana Bay and Aventura, Terra Luna fell well short thanks to poor operations and design of its quick service restaurant and some shortcomings in the room itself.
