You can now buy tickets to the second year of Universal Studios Hollywood’s Fan Fest Nights — if you’re comfortable not knowing what’s in store for the event.

Fan Fest Nights is essentially a spring version of Halloween Horror Nights without the horror. The nighttime event offers limited-time attractions which include intellectual properties not otherwise featured at Universal.

For 2025, highlights included “Star Trek” and “Dungeons & Dragons” walkthroughs and an immersive “Back to the Future” experience on the backlot set where the film was originally shot. (You can read Theme Park Tribune’s review of the first Fan Fest Nights here.)

By this time last year, Universal had confirmed nearly all of the franchises that were eventually included. But for 2026, all that’s been announced is a new experience on the Universal Backlot mashing together Scooby-Doo and Universal’s classic movie monsters.

Beyond that, all Universal has offered is vague promotional copy, saying that Fan Fest Nights is “where sci-fi, fantasy, anime, and gaming collide in one epic after-hours celebration, every event night. With immersive experiences, themed food and merchandise, it’s a fan-fueled universe like no other.” More “fandoms,” as Universal seems to be calling the franchises featured at the event, will be revealed at an unspecified later date.

Ticket prices have increased slightly from the event’s first year, starting at $74 per night — which does not include any daytime access to Universal Hollywood. The price for the “Ultimate Fandom Pass,” which gets you in the park for every night of the event, has stayed the same at $249.

The second edition of Fan Fest Nights is currently scheduled to run for a total of 12 select nights, starting on Friday, April 23 and ending on Saturday, May 16. That schedule may change, as Universal ended up adding a 13th night to the Fan Fest Nights calendar in 2025.
