An Orange County team found both parks to be in compliance with county rules on face masks and physical distancing.
“You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you should be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing," Disney's updated policy states.
Parks have to report any guest injury or illness that requires at least a 24-hour hospital stay on quarterly basis to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
The Winter Haven park made its first appearance since Jan. 2012 on a state report documenting incidents requiring a 24-hour hospital stay for theme park guests.
Disney has still not said what caused the Oct. 5 malfunction that left guests stuck inside the gondolas for nearly three hours.
According to Spectrum News 13, three guests who were evacuated from the Skyliner — including two from the same gondola — were taken to a hospital.
