2019 in Central Florida theme park injuries
Central Florida theme parks reported 49 injuries or illnesses that required at least a 24-hour hospital in 2019. Disney World accounted for 27 of those, with 17 occurring at Universal Orlando.

In 2018, $277 million was generated in Orange County by a 6 percent tax on hotel rooms. Most of that revenue will go to Visit Orlando, a nonprofit group to promote the tourism industry in Orlando — including major theme parks like Disney World and Universal Orlando.
