The open jobs include positions for which SeaWorld had recently permanently laid off furloughed employees.
Comcast CEO Brian Roberts said some guests may not return to theme parks until a COVID-19 vaccine is available.
The new maze will be included with admission to SeaWorld on weekends through Nov. 1.
"SeaWorld has determined that it must transition certain park and corporate personnel from a furloughed status to a permanent layoff," the company said in a statement.
An Orange County team found both parks to be in compliance with county rules on face masks and physical distancing.
Guests will still need reservations to gain entry into SeaWorld's parks.
SeaWorld will now be open Thursdays through Sept. 6.
Busch Gardens Williamsburg is one of three SeaWorld-owned parks that remain closed.
