Spikes had been charged with five felony counts, including dealing in stolen property and grand theft, but prosecutors abandoned all but the stolen property count, to which Spikes pleaded no contest.
Scheduled to begin Jan. 21, the trial is now listed as cancelled on the Orange County Clerk of Courts website. The only upcoming proceeding in the case is a plea hearing scheduled for Feb. 4.
25-year-old Patrick Spikes has been charged with stealing and then selling costumes from Haunted Mansion, as well as entering an off-limits area in Epcot.
The information was revealed in an arrest warrant for a former Disney employee accused of stealing more than $7,000 worth of clothings, wigs and a tiara from Magic Kingdom's Haunted Mansion.
