Super Nintendo World opened with little warning at Universal Studios Hollywood Thursday, offering all park guests an early look at the land while it’s still in “technical rehearsal.”

Theme Park Tribune will be covering the land’s upcoming passholder previews and grand opening, but social media posts offered a glimpse at the highly-anticipated addition.

While plenty of people have been able to capture photos looking into the land from afar, the soft opening offered the first look at some interior spaces, like this “Yoshi’s Island”-themed section of the queue for the land’s only ride, Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge.

Guests also tried to capture the feel of the video screen binoculars on the park’s upper levels, including an Easter egg from “Super Mario Galaxy.”

The Toadstool Cafe has its own interactive elements along with its Mushroom Kingdom-inspired menu.

And if you were curious about the bathrooms, well…..

Annual passholder previews for Super Nintendo World will begin Jan. 29. The land’s grand opening is set for Feb. 17.
