Six Flags St. Louis appears to have revealed its new-for-2024 attraction a little earlier than planned.
The park’s website revealed Tuesday that it will be adding The Joker: Carnival of Chaos, a Giga Discovery pendulum ride made by Italian amusement company Zamperla. The 172-foot-tall, 75-mph attraction is identical to the ride of the same name at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, CraZanity at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Mexico and Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth at Six Flags Great Adventure.
After news of the apparent leak spread over social media, Six Flags St. Louis went ahead and confirmed the new attraction.

Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion adding new shop, expanding queue
The original Haunted Mansion at Disneyland is getting a larger outdoor queue and a permanent retail space at its exit next year.
As announced on the official Disney Parks Blog, the expanded queue will “build on the story and lore of the Haunted Mansion.” The space will include new garden sections and a new greenhouse “where the groundskeepers for the Haunted Mansion grow their plants.” Classic elements like the pet cemetery and the horse-drawn funeral hearse will remain.

The shop will be set in the mansion’s carriage shop and be themed around Madame Leota, the resident medium featured in one of the ride’s most-beloved scenes. The space has long been occupied by temporary, outdoor merchandise carts.

The ride exit will also be changed with a new elevator exit for guests with disabilities.
Construction on the additions will begin in January 2024.
