Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will return to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom later this year for the first time since 2019.
The annual Halloween special event was canceled altogether in 2020 and replaced by the smaller Boo Bash in 2021. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary, however, will be back close to full strength, running 7 p.m. to midnight starting Aug. 12 and select nights through Oct. 31. Returning festivities include:
- “Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade” featuring the Headless Horseman
- Trick-or-treating locations throughout the park
- “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show
- “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks and projection show
- Overlays to attractions including Space Mountain, Mad Tea Party, Pirates of the Caribbean and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
Tickets will cost between $109 and $199 (Boo Bash, by comparison, cost between $129 and $199). Here are the event dates:
- August: 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30
- September: 2, 5, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 29, 30
- October: 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31
Tickets go on sale May 12 for guests staying at Disney World hotels and May 18 for the general public.
