Magic Kingdom’s Jungle Cruise unexpectedly featured the underside of water Thursday.

As first reported by Blog Mickey, one of the Jungle Cruise boats at Walt Disney World sank down into the water with guests onboard around 12:30 p.m. Photos shared from guests inside the park showed their submerged feet on the boat and a Disney employee wading waist-deep in the water.

Disney World spokesperson Erica Ettori confirmed to Orlando Rising that a boat “took on some water,” but noted every guest got out of the boat safely.

“We worked with guests individually so that they could enjoy the rest of their day in the park,” Ettori said via email.

The attraction reopened within two hours.
