The Disney Springs Resort Area may seem like an intriguing money-saving option for Disney World guests who want to stay on Disney property without paying Disney prices.

If the B Resort & Spa is any indication, what you’re getting is a lackluster room — with enough fees tacked on that you will, in fact, be paying Disney prices, without any of the benefits or typically strong service.

In this room tour and review, I’ll show you around a room at this Disney Springs hotel and explain why at least this particular resort shouldn’t be considered for your Disney World vacation.

You should have seen this place back in the early 90s , it was a dump. It was hit by 4 hurricanes in less than 30 days in 2004 and was badly damaged so much that it was almost considered to be torn down! Believe me this is one hell of an improvement

The Front desk Agent Ana was the worst! She has a nasty disposition about everything. One incident of the many I had with her I asked for a phone number to call the American Kitchen Restaurant to order food to go and she stayed” I only have an extension so just go stand there and be patient “. The restaurant American Kitchen is only open with 1 person working from 7-11 am. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The only shuttle service is to the parks. You have to Uber or get a taxi to go everywhere else. There are no fans or ventilation in the bathrooms. As expensive as they are you’d think they’d have more amenities.
