Hersheypark is bringing back its Dark Nights Halloween Haunt event for a fourth year, featuring a new haunted house and scarezone.

Dark Nights is Hersheypark’s equivalent to Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks, with adult-oriented Halloween attractions being offered alongside the park’s regular ride lineup on select nights from Friday, Sept. 12 through Sunday, Nov. 2.

The new house for 2025 is called Kill ‘N Fill Garage. Here’s how Hersheypark described it in its Tuesday press release:

“Fueled by evil, the Kill ‘N Fill Garage hums with danger, and what goes on behind the rusted chain link fence is sure to send sparks flying. Enter the grease-stained mechanics bay, squeeze through the shadowy back office, weave around twisted wreckage in the body shop, escape the claustrophobia of the storeroom, and wade through the blood-slicked car wash. But, beware… the screams start when the engines die.”

Kill ‘N Fill Garage will take the place of Descent: Catacombs of Decay in the park’s house lineup. Four more returning houses will also be available at the event: Estate of Evil, Auntie Mortem’s Abbatoir, Haunted Coal Mine, and Twisted Carnevil.

The new scare zone is called Path of Shadows: Coven’s Curse, starring three wicked witches. The new offering will be added to the returning scarezones: Darkstone’s Hollow, Midway of Misery and Fallout Zone.

Like previous years, Hersheypark will also have more family-friendly offerings during the spooky season, including trick-or-treating trails, the Creatures of the Night flashlight tour in ZooAmerica and the returning “Shake, Rattle and Glow: Monster Ball” stage show.

Unlike some other theme park Halloween events, Dark Nights does not require a separate admission to Hersheypark and access is included with a season pass to the park.
