Saturday marked the first day of official media previews for Universal Orlando’s third theme park, Epic Universe — meaning we’ve got a lot of new views and videos from inside the park itself.
Previews for Universal employees and family members have been underway for more than a month, but those guests have been under strict orders not to post any pictures or videos of their visits. That means the only photos we have from the guest’s perspective, rather than aerial views, are those officially released by Universal in mid-March.
Theme Park Tribune was not invited to this preview, so here’s a quick look around the park courtesy of content creators and reporters who were allowed inside Epic Universe.

Dark Universe is incredible, and Monsters Unchained a great mix of stunning animatronics and screens.
The ride wasn’t as scary as I expected.
We moved quickly into Isle of Berk for the show but are now at lunch (heading back later).

I just got to be one of the first guests to experience the Harry Potter & The Battle At The Ministry. It is the best use of screens in an attraction i have ever seen. The mix of sets, animatronics & acreens is absolutely stunning & on a whole other level #EpicUniverse

Epic Universe is currently scheduled to have its grand opening to the public on May 22.
