Disneyland has revealed its entertainment schedule for the first months of 2024, including the return of the “Wondrous Journeys” nighttime show.

The fireworks and projection show had originally ran as part of the Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary celebration, debuting this past January before closing on Aug. 31.

Unlike the Walt Disney World nighttime shows for that resort’s 50th anniversary, which didn’t last past the promotion, “Wondrous Journeys” will run again from March 22 through April 14, the height of the spring break rush at Disneyland.

The returning show will be sandwiched in between runs of “Mickey’s Mix Magic” from Jan. 8 through March 21 and April 15-25. From April 26 through Aug. 4, the park’s nighttime show will be “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular,” another returning fireworks display being resurrected for the Pixar Fest promotion. (The new version of “Fantasmic” along the Rivers of America is scheduled to debut on May 24.)

Disneyland is also bringing back its “Magic Happens” parade starting on Feb. 2, 2024, offering both afternoon and nighttime performances. The parade has been on a holiday hiatus since October, but this time, no end date is listed, indicating its next engagement may be a permanent one.
