Walt Disney World is ending its trail run on rentals of luxury $700 cabanas.

The white-tented cabanas, tucked behind Space Mountain, were introduced last November. The price dropped to $500 as a seasonal change and now Disney has announced the pilot will end Feb. 17.

The four cabanas fit up to eight people each and included couches, lockers for storage and charging stations for electronics. Guests received personalized Mickey Mouse ears, one ice cream delivery along with a refrigerator filled with drinks and snacks. The rentals also included sunscreen, insect repellent and reserved viewing for fireworks and parades.

Cabana rentals are popular at hotel pools and water parks but this was the first trail at a Disney theme park.

The cabanas were just one of several VIP experiences rolled out by Disney to enhance the guest experience. The add-ons include a $49 per person ice cream social, a $150 progressive dinner around the Seven Seas Lagoon and a $25 Express Bus to avoid the lines for park hopping.
