New concept art, information and even an opening date for Universal Orlando’s upcoming Stella Nova Resort were released Tuesday — perhaps by accident.
While Universal has a history of leaking info through apparently inadvertent website updates, this time the possible mistake came from its hotel partner, Loews. On Tuesday, theme parks fans and Orlando Park Stop’s Alicia Stella noted that a page dedicated to the new hotel — which is part of the Epic Universe theme park development site — was live on the Loews site.
Uh the web page loaded for me!
Inspired by the infinite vastness of the unknown universe, where galaxies spiral ever outward, and unknown worlds revolve around unnamed stars, Universal Stella Nova Resort, opening January 21, 2025, is your new gateway to Universal Orlando Resort. https://t.co/v1o9Kotyps pic.twitter.com/R5BGujbHUN

Before being taken down, the page said:
Inspired by the infinite vastness of the unknown universe, where galaxies spiral ever outward, and unknown worlds revolve around unnamed stars, Universal Stella Nova Resort, opening January 21, 2025, is your new gateway to Universal Orlando Resort.
You’ll enjoy endless family fun with a massive pool, standard rooms that sleep up to four, multiple dining options, and tons of recreational fun.
Here, guests enjoy exclusive theme park benefits like being able to breeze into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and Universal Volcano Bay an hour before everyone else*. With complimentary transportation, it’s a quick hop between the parks and the hotel.
Stella Nova Resort is where you’ll take off for amazing adventures at the parks of Universal Orlando; it’s also where you’ll touch down for relaxation and recharging between the fun.
Notably, the listed opening date for the 750-room hotel is several months ahead of Epic Universe, which is slated to open in the summer of 2025.
The webpage also included several new concept images of the resort.
Listed amenities on the inactive site included “resort-style pool,” a game room, a pool bar and grill, and pizza delivery — a standard offering at other Universal on-site hotels. The theme park benefits did not include an included Express pass, as is offered at Universal’s three most expensive hotels (the Hard Rock, Portofino, and Royal Pacific).
The most striking feature of the hotel exterior is its vibrant tiles, which are currently being installed. The concept art shows off what the final product may look like.
Inside, the hotel has similar tones to Universal’s Aventura Hotel, though with a space-themed flair. Guest rooms, for example, will feature curved windows.
Stella Nova will be one of three new on-site resorts built for Epic Universe. The other two will reportedly be named Universal’s Terra Luna Resort and Universal’s Helios Grand Hotel, according to Orlando Park Stop, with the latter being seen in the theme park’s concept art.
