Cheap, clean and extremely outdated is not exactly a ringing endorsement for a hotel — but maybe that’s what some people want near Disney World.
In my never-ending quest to explore (and risk) cheap hotel options in the Orlando area, I took a chance on the Destiny Palms Maingate West after seeing a deal on the Hopper app for $56 for a single night. Existing guest reviews praised the hotel and its staff for its cleanliness, and that price, I’m just happy that I’m not bringing home bedbugs.
