The new version of Magic Kingdom’s Country Bears attraction will debut on July 17, Disney World announced Monday.

The revamped animatronic show, now called Country Bear Musical Jamboree, was announced at last fall’s Destination D23 event. Country Bear Jamboree closed on Jan. 26 to make way for the overhaul.

Rather than the old country songs like “Mama, Don’t Whip Little Buford’ previously featured, Country Bear Musical Jamboree will have country-fied versions of Disney songs like “The Bare Necessities” and “A Whole New World.”

Disney’s media event on Monday included a preview of one of the country covers by Emily Ann Roberts, singing “Try Everything” from “Zootopia.”

The Country Bears are getting new costumes as part of the overhaul. One character will be getting renamed from Liver Lips McGrowl to Romeo McGrowl (“liver lips” being considered a racial slur).

This is one of two attraction overhauls coming to the Magic Kingdom this summer, the other being the revamp of Splash Mountain into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Previews of the reworked flume ride began earlier this month ahead of its public grand opening on June 28.
